Privacy Policy
Effective August 25, 2026.
Roberts Wildlife, LLC removes wildlife from homes and businesses across North Alabama. This site exists so you can read about that work and then call us. There is no form to fill in, no account to open, and nothing to buy, so the site never asks you to type anything at all.
What the site records while you read it
Nothing you enter, because there is nothing to enter. What does get recorded happens in the background, and it is handled by the companies below rather than by us. There is no advertising tag on this site and no remarketing pixel, so nothing here follows you off to another website.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to see which pages people actually read: how many arrive, which service pages hold attention, roughly what region a visit came from, and what sort of device was used. It reaches us as totals and charts. We cannot look up an individual person in it, and we do not try.
Google Fonts
The type you are reading is served by Google Fonts. Your browser asks Google for the font files, and Google sees that request along with your IP address. The fonts themselves set no cookie.
Our host
The site runs on Vercel. Like any host, Vercel keeps short-lived server logs: the page requested, the time it was requested, the IP address it came from, and the browser that asked. Those logs exist to keep the site up and to fend off abuse.
What you tell us when you call
Almost everything we know about a customer arrives by phone. You will usually give us your name, the address with the problem, a number to call back, and a description of what is in the attic. We use it to schedule the visit and to do the work, and we hold onto it so we can pick up where we left off if you call again.
We do not sell it. We do not rent it or trade it, and we do not hand it to anyone assembling a marketing list. If a job genuinely needs a third party brought in, a landlord or an insurer for instance, that happens with your say-so and not before.
How long any of it is kept
Analytics data ages out on Google’s own schedule, and the cookies behind it expire by themselves. The Cookies Policy lists them and their lifespans. Server logs are short-lived. Job records, meaning what we did at your property and when, stay in our business records: an exclusion job often gets referred back to years after the fact.
Your choices
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Every page here works normally without them.
- Install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on, which stops Analytics on every site you visit rather than only this one.
- Call and ask what we hold on you, or ask us to delete it. We will do it.
Children
This site is written for property owners. We do not knowingly collect anything from a child under 13, and if you believe a child has sent us information, call us and it comes out.
Changes to this policy
If the site ever starts doing something new with your information, this page changes first and the date at the top moves with it.
